Car Wash Management SystemAn admin panel, a customer app and a staff app — one booking record

Customers book a wash and pay in the app. The job is assigned to whichever washer is on shift and nearest. The vehicle is photographed before and after. You run all of it from one admin panel, across every location, without answering the phone once.

What you get

Three apps, one system

Your back office, your customers and your washers each get the surface built for them — all reading and writing the same booking.

For you

Admin panel

The back office where the shop actually runs. Bookings across every location and slot, staff and location assignment, capacity control, payments, receipts and refunds, and the record of what each job used and who performed it.

Bookings across all locations & slots

Assign staff and service areas

Slot and capacity control

Payments, receipts and refunds

Staff attendance and payouts

Reports on revenue and utilisation

For your customers

Customer app

Wash booking without a phone call. Customers register, save their vehicles, pick a location, a time slot and add-ons, pay in the app, and are told when the wash is confirmed, when staff are on the way and when it is done.

Book by location, time slot and add-ons

Multiple vehicles on one account

Doorstep service option

Card and UPI payment with receipts

Confirmation, arrival and done alerts

Before-and-after photos of the vehicle

For your staff

Staff app

Wash assignment for the washers on the ground. They mark themselves on shift, jobs are allocated to whoever is nearest, they confirm attendance at the assigned location, navigate to a doorstep booking, and record the wash with photos and materials used.

What it is

Built for a wash shop, not adapted from a salon app

A generic appointment app can take a booking. It cannot assign that booking to the washer who is actually on shift and closest to the address, navigate them there, photograph the vehicle before anyone touches it, and record what the wash consumed.

Those are the things that decide whether a car wash makes money or loses an afternoon — and whether a damage claim costs you a panel or nothing at all. The system is built around them.

Location is used only while a washer is on shift or on an active booking.

Features

What is inside

Everything between a customer tapping ‘book’ and you knowing the job was done, paid for and photographed.

Slot-based booking

Customers pick a location, a time slot and add-ons. You control capacity per slot, so the bay is not double-booked and staff are not idle.

Vehicle profiles

Saved vehicles on the customer account, so a repeat booking takes seconds and the washer knows what is arriving before it does.

Doorstep service & navigation

Wash at the customer’s address, not only in the shop. The staff app navigates to the vehicle using the location the customer booked with.

Shifts, availability & attendance

Staff mark themselves on shift, and attendance is confirmed against the location they were assigned to — not a signature in a register at week’s end.

Proximity-based assignment

Bookings go to staff who are on shift and nearby, so the job reaches whoever can actually get to it rather than whoever answers first.

Before-and-after photo record

Pre-wash inspection, service and post-wash photographs stored against the booking. When a customer says a scratch was not there before, the record settles it.

In-app payment & refunds

Razorpay checkout for cards and UPI, receipts issued automatically and refunds handled for eligible cancellations. Card details stay with the gateway.

Booking notifications & SMS

Confirmation, staff-on-the-way and completion messages, so nobody rings the shop to ask where the washer is.

Materials used per wash

What each job consumed, recorded by the person who used it — the only way consumption per wash reconciles with stock.

Staff payouts

Work performed, hours and payout records per staff member, so paying the team is a report rather than an evening of arithmetic.

Multiple locations

Several outlets or service areas on one account, each with its own slots and staff, reported separately and together.

Reports

Bookings, revenue, cancellations, utilisation by slot and jobs per staff member — the numbers that tell you whether to add a bay or a washer.

Why it exists

What it solves

01
Bookings live on WhatsApp and in someone’s head

Every wash becomes one booking record the customer app, staff app and admin panel all read and write — so nothing is lost between the message and the bay.

02
Nobody knows which washer should take the job

Jobs are assigned to staff who are on shift and nearest, not to whoever picks up. The staff app carries the assignment, the location and the navigation to it.

03
Damage disputes are one person’s word against another

The washer photographs the vehicle before, during and after the wash, stored against the booking. When a claim comes in, the evidence already exists.

04
Cash, attendance and stock never reconcile

Payment runs through the app with receipts and refunds, attendance is confirmed at the assigned location, and materials used are recorded per wash — so the numbers add up on their own.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

01What is the Car Wash Management System?

It is booking and operations software for car wash businesses, built by MonkDevelopers. It ships as three parts: an admin panel where you run the shop, a customer app for wash booking, and a staff app the washers work from.

02What does the admin panel do?

It is the back office: bookings across every location and time slot, staff and service-area assignment, slot and capacity control, payments, receipts and refunds, staff attendance and payouts, and reports on revenue and utilisation.

03How do customers book a wash?

In the customer app they register, save their vehicles, pick a location, a time slot and any add-ons, and pay in the app. They are notified when the wash is confirmed, when staff are on the way and when it is done, and past bookings and receipts stay in their history.

04How are washes assigned to staff?

Washers mark themselves on shift in the staff app. Bookings are assigned to staff who are on shift and nearest, and the app confirms attendance at the assigned location and navigates the washer to doorstep jobs.

05Does it support doorstep car wash as well as in-shop?

Yes. Both run on the same system. A doorstep booking carries the customer’s service location and the staff app navigates the washer to the vehicle, while in-shop bookings run against the slots and capacity you define per location.

06How does it protect us from damage disputes?

Staff photograph the vehicle at pre-wash inspection, during service and after the wash, and those photographs are stored against the booking as a record of its condition before and after. If a customer raises a damage claim, the evidence already exists.

07How much does it cost?

It is quoted per business rather than sold at a list price, because the cost depends on the number of locations, the size of your staff team and whether you want the apps under your own brand. Contact us and we will price it against your actual operation.

Still taking bookings on WhatsApp?

Tell us how a wash reaches you today — who takes the booking, who decides which washer goes, and how you get paid — and we will show you the same job running through the admin panel, the customer app and the staff app.
