Build things that actually ship
We are a small studio building websites, apps and brands for growing businesses. The team is deliberately compact, which means the work you do is visible, credited, and live in front of real users quickly.

Why work here
What the job is actually like, minus the recruitment poster language.
Real ownership
Small team, no layers. What you build ships with your decisions intact, usually within weeks.
Range, fast
Agency work means many stacks and many industries. You will touch more problems in a year here than most people do in three.
Flexible hours
We care when the work lands, not when you sat down. Remote and hybrid arrangements are normal, not a concession.
Direct client contact
You talk to the people you are building for. No telephone game through three account managers.
Sustainable pace
Deadlines are planned, not extracted from your weekends. Crunch is treated as a planning failure.
Work that is seen
Our case studies name the craft, and your work sits in a public portfolio you can point at later.
How we operate
We would rather say “we don’t know yet” than invent a confident answer.
Estimates are honest, even when honest is unwelcome.
Quality is not a phase at the end — it is how the thing gets built.
Credit goes to the person who did the work.
How hiring works
Four steps, roughly two weeks, no disappearing act.
1.You apply
Open the role you want and send the form on its page — with something we can actually look at: a repository, a portfolio, a live site.
2.Intro conversation
A 30-minute call about your work and what you want next. Not a quiz.
3.Practical exercise
A short, paid task close to real work. We do not ask for free labour or spec projects.
4.Offer
A decision either way, with reasons. You will hear back — including if the answer is no.
