e-skoolA multi-tenant school management platform — many schools, one system

e-skool takes the day-to-day paperwork of running a school — enrollment, attendance, grades, schedules and payments — and brings it into one organized place, while safely serving many schools at once from a single platform, each with its data kept completely separate.

How it fits together

One backend, three web interfaces

A central backend runs the logic and rules for every school; three separate web interfaces sit on top of it, each built for who is using it.

For each school

School admin panel

Where a school runs its day. Administrators and teachers manage students and staff, take attendance, enter grades and build timetables — all scoped to that one school, seeing only their own data.

Student records and enrollment

Teacher and class-assignment management

Attendance recording and reports

Grades, assessments and report cards

Timetables with conflict detection

Role-scoped views for admins and teachers

For the platform operators

System admin panel

The control room for the people running the whole platform. Provision and manage schools as tenants, oversee subscriptions and billing, and administer the platform without ever crossing into a school’s private data.

What it is

An all-in-one school platform that serves many schools at once

Most school software runs one school. e-skool runs many, on shared infrastructure, while keeping each school’s students, staff, grades and payments completely separate and private — so a district or an operator can host dozens of schools without dozens of systems.

Underneath, a single backend holds the logic and the rules, and role-based access control decides who sees what. That is what makes it safe to put many schools on one platform — the separation is built in, not bolted on.

Each school is an isolated tenant — one school’s data is never reachable from another.

Modules

Everything a school runs on

From enrollment to report cards to the subscription that keeps the lights on — the day-to-day of a school, in one organized place.

Student management

Keep student records, track enrollment and follow academic progress in one place — the spine the rest of the modules hang off.

Teacher management

Manage staff and their class assignments, so who teaches what is a record in the system rather than a note on a staffroom board.

Attendance

Record who is present and report on it, per class and per student, without a paper register that has to be typed up later.

Grading & report cards

Assessments, grades and report cards generated from the marks entered — the paperwork of results, produced rather than assembled.

Scheduling

Build class timetables and catch scheduling conflicts before they reach a classroom — no two classes booked into the same room or teacher.

Billing & subscriptions

Handle payments and plan management, so each school’s subscription and its dues are tracked in the same platform that runs the school.

Access control

Different permissions for different roles — administrators, teachers and platform operators each see and do only what their role allows.

Multi-tenant isolation

Every school is a tenant on shared infrastructure with its data kept separate and private, so one school can never see another’s records.

Reporting

Attendance, academic progress and enrollment reported at the level that matters — a student, a class or the whole school.

Demo-data seeding

Tools for loading demo data so a school — or a salesperson — can try the system out fully populated, in minutes rather than days.

Central backend

One backend runs all the logic and rules for every tenant, so behaviour is consistent and there is a single place to reason about correctness.

Two admin surfaces

A school admin panel for running a school and a separate system admin panel for running the platform — never the same screen, never the same permissions.

Why it exists

What it solves

01
One system, many schools that must never see each other

Every school is a separate tenant with its data kept isolated, so schools share the platform and its cost while a record from one is never reachable from another.

02
Running a school and running the platform are different jobs

A school admin panel handles enrollment, attendance, grades and timetables; a separate system admin panel provisions tenants and manages billing. The two never overlap.

03
The wrong person seeing the wrong data

Role-based access control means administrators, teachers and platform operators each get a view scoped to their role — the boundary holds by permission, not by discipline.

04
A timetable that double-books a room or a teacher

Scheduling catches conflicts as the timetable is built, so a clash is a warning on screen rather than two classes arriving at the same door.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

01What is e-skool?

e-skool is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for schools, built by MonkDevelopers. Many schools run on the same system while each school’s data stays completely separate and private. It covers students, teachers, attendance, grading, scheduling, and billing, with role-based access control throughout.

02Who is it for?

Schools and their staff — administrators and teachers who run the day-to-day, and the platform operators who manage every school behind the scenes.

03What does “multi-tenant” mean for our school’s data?

Every school is a separate tenant on the shared platform, and each tenant’s data is kept isolated. Your school sees only its own students, staff, grades and payments — never another school’s, and none of them see yours.

04What are the three web interfaces?

A school admin panel where administrators and teachers run their school; a system admin panel where the platform operators provision schools and manage subscriptions and billing; and a marketing landing page that introduces the product and brings new schools on board.

05What can it manage day to day?

Student records and enrollment, teacher and class assignments, attendance, assessments and report cards, class timetables with conflict detection, and billing with plan management — the paperwork of running a school, in one organized place.

06How does access control work?

Different roles get different permissions, so administrators, teachers and platform operators each see and do only what their role allows. A teacher does not see platform billing; a school administrator does not see another tenant.

07Can we try it before committing?

Yes. The platform includes tools for loading demo data, so a school can be stood up fully populated and explored quickly. Contact us and we will walk you through a demo tenant.

08How much does it cost?

It is quoted per deployment rather than sold at a list price, because the cost depends on the number of schools, the size of each and the plan you need. Contact us and we will price it against your actual operation.

Running schools on spreadsheets and separate systems?

Tell us how many schools you need to serve and how each one runs today, and we will show you the same enrollment, attendance, grades and billing running through e-skool — many schools, one platform.
