Privacy Policy for Solar EV Charging

This Privacy Policy explains how the Solar EV Charging mobile application ("the App") handles information. The App is published by MonkDevelopers ("we", "us").

Please read this policy together with the Google Play Data safety section for the App.

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Everything you enter stays on your own device. The App has no server, no account system beyond your device, and no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. The App does not request the Android INTERNET permission, so it is not technically capable of sending your information anywhere.

When you register and use the App, the items below are saved locally on your device using Android's standard app storage. All of it is written only to the App's private storage area — it is not uploaded to us or to any third party, we cannot see it, and we have no ability to retrieve it.

We do not collect, and the App does not transmit:

The App does not process real payments. Payment method options and all costs shown are part of a simulated charging flow for demonstration purposes. No card details are requested, collected, or stored, and no real money changes hands.

The App includes a pre-loaded demonstration account with sample charging history so its features can be evaluated without registering. This sample data is fictional and is created locally on your device.

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It uses only open-source software libraries that run entirely on your device and do not transmit data.

If you tap a link that opens an external website or app, that destination is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone. Because no data leaves the device, no personal information about any user, of any age, is ever received by us.

Because your information is stored only on your device, you control it entirely. You can erase all data the App has stored at any time by uninstalling the App, or by going to Settings → Apps → Solar EV Charging → Storage → Clear data.

There is no server-side data for us to delete, and no deletion request is necessary.

Your information is held in the App's private storage, which Android isolates from other applications. Note that data is stored in plain form on the device; we recommend using your device's screen lock and full-device encryption, which is enabled by default on modern Android devices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
